The C-Hawk digitization process is moving quickly. Our ERP and logistics system are completely integrated with each of our batching plants. Every Weighbridge is online and has a real-time automailer that sends weighment slips to suppliers for each truck. In order to record electric hour usage and meter readings in real time, we have installed automated GPRS-based energy meters in plants. To ensure prompt resolution of all of our concerns, we have put in place a quality and complaint management system. Our sales staff can now track their performance with the Sales Force Android application. We will shortly be releasing an application for our customers to place orders, sign invoices, and make payments.
Employees at C-Hawk Concrete have complete, user-friendly access to the HR Information System (HRIS) via an app, including features for onboarding, attendance, salary, income tax information, claims, training, the Performance Management System (PMS), separation, and HR policies. With the exception of situations where customers want paper, C-Hawk is proud to declare that it is a paperless business.
